2-7-2013 - My workout for today.

Today's workout.

50 push-ups
40 lunges
30 sit-ups
20 squats
10 burpees
60 second plank

Time:  14:02.4

Ouch, Ouch, Ouch!

Heading into this one I absolutely did not think I'd be able to do the push-ups but I broke them into sets I could manage and did it.  Pretty proud of the time too.
